I'm new here.

Hello hello hello. My first post & its an 'I don't know where to start' moment.

I’ve wanted to blog for a few years now but have never had the courage to put myself out there. I spoke to a few family and friends about my blogging interests and was met with laughter, eye rolls and sarcastic comments.

“What are you going to talk about?” “Who would want to read that?” “Only celebrities have interesting enough lives to blog about”.

And maybe they’re right. Maybe my life isn’t an interesting one; maybe I will struggle with blog content ideas; and maybe nobody will read it. Ever. But that’s ok!

I’m not writing this blog for my family, my friends or even my followers on Instagram (sorry ‘bout it) but I’m writing it for me. Let the cheese fest begin.

The past 18 months of my life have been unbelievable. Truly unbelievable. I’ve got engaged and bought my first home with my fiance. So now I’m in a wonderful time in my life where I’m planning a wedding and turning my house into a home. That’s what I want to share. I want to share my wedding planning journey, my new build home life and my experiences along the way.

No doubt I’ll get many more comments about my oversharing with the world but sod it. That’s me, I’m a sharer and so alongside my Instagram I will be blogging the exciting moments in my life, sharing wedding planning and home owning tips as well as a few fashion and lifestyle posts along the way.

I’m new to this so it’s probably all going to be a bit of a mess to start with but bear with, subscribe & stay tuned.
