This year has been amazing in so many ways!
We have nearly finished planning the wedding, we have made and lost friends and we have bought a house!
We had and lost a house when they pulled out of the exchange the day before we were due to sign. I was heartbroken but everything happens for a reason and now we have an unbelievable home which is forever. I have always wanted an old house with lots of character and we have a new build home which I love!
Moving into the new house has resulted in us making some amazing friends on the estate. I never thought we’d be close to our neighbours (our neighbours in the apartment were polish and never said a word to us!) But we’ve got a gorgeous friendship group on our little wisteria lane style estate.
This year we have made some friends but I’ve also lost some. Some friends who I needed to step back from for my own happiness. Growing up and friendships changing can be really difficult but it’s getting easier to accept the older I get.
The wedding plans are all coming together and we have just a few final details to sort out. Just over 6 months to go and we are all systems go! Time for me to pull my finger out and get to the gym and stop with the take aways. So hopefully I’ll have a few weight loss blog posts to write in the next few months! We’ll see …
I’m excited for what 2017 has in store!
