After trying lots of Slimming World or low calorie meals, sticky chicken is definitely a firm favourite. It reminds me of the Yo!Sushi teriyaki chicken (amazing I know!)

- Serves 4
- 2 syns per serving
- Quick tea: ready in less than half an hour
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
680g chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
Method
1. In a small bowl mix together the honey, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
2. Add your chicken (cut into small cubes) and mix thoroughly.
3. Leave to stand in the fridge, the longer the better!
4. Heat a frying pan, add your chicken and all the sauce. Cook for around 25 minutes on a high heat, ensuring the chicken is cooked throughout. Cooking at a high heat will allow the sauce to thicken up quickly – stir regularly.
5. Serve with sesame seeds and sticky rice!
This chicken is also great with jacket potatoes, home-made oven chips or a lovely fresh salad!
I hope you enjoy it as much as our household does!
